What is Strikra™?
Strikra™ supplies high-performance firearm accessories and precision shooting equipment from both local and international brands. We focus on products that meet our standards for reliability, durability, and serious use.
Do you manufacture your own products?
Most Strikra™ products are sourced through trusted local and international manufacturers. However, we also design and produce certain items—such as steel targets , firearm accessories and holsters —through our own fabrication partners or in-house production when needed. This allows us to maintain control over quality while keeping stock locally available.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa. International shipping options are being reviewed and will be announced once available.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Delivery usually takes between two and five days depending on your location and courier service.
If an item is in stock, it will ship immediately after processing. If it is out of stock or on backorder, additional lead time may apply depending on supplier availability and import schedules. Any extended delivery time will be communicated before dispatch.
What is your return policy?
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For full details, visit the Shipping, Returns & Warranty page.
What warranties do your products carry?
Warranty terms depend on the brand and type of product.
– AKRA Precision Optics offers a full lifetime warranty on all non-electronic optics and a two-year warranty on all electronic optics (such as rangefinders and red-dot sights).
– Other imported brands may also offer lifetime or extended warranties, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Each brand’s specific warranty terms are clearly stated on the relevant product page or documentation.
– Strikra™-branded or locally fabricated accessories include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing or workmanship defects.
– Consumable or wear items such as screws, springs, or mounting hardware are not covered.
Strikra™ assists with warranty claims and acts as the local point of contact between you and the relevant importer or manufacturer.
