By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All deliveries and correspondence are handled through authorised courier partners.

All optics, firearm components, and accessories are sold in strict compliance with South African law.
Certain items may require the purchaser to hold a valid firearm licence or permit where applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods:

• PayFast (Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, etc.)
• Manual EFT (Proof of payment required before dispatch)

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Strikra™ reserves the right to:

• Change pricing at any time without notice;
• Cancel any order in cases of pricing or availability errors, or where fraud is suspected.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy and other trusted partners.

• Flat-rate shipping: R150
• Dispatch time: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
• Delivery timeframe: 2–5 working days (subject to location and courier service)

Once an order is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Strikra™ is not liable for courier delays, strikes, adverse weather, or any event beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unused, unfitted, and in original packaging;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase;
• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Used, modified, or damaged goods;
• Clearance or sale items;
• Items subject to hygiene, safety, or legal restrictions (e.g., ammunition, primers, hazardous materials).

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

8. Warranty

Most products sold by Strikra™ include a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by:

• Proof of purchase; and
• A written claim submitted to 📧 support@strikra.co.za.

Warranty coverage does not extend to:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation;
• Cosmetic damage or loss due to neglect.

Strikra™ will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strikra™, Hydra Holdings (Pty) Ltd, and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages;
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, or improper installation of products.

All products must be used responsibly and in full compliance with South African firearm laws and safety regulations.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Strikra™ respects your privacy and processes all personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

By using our website, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, trademarks, and digital assets on this website are the intellectual property of Strikra™ or its respective suppliers.
