1. Shipping
At Strikra™, we ship high-quality optics, firearm accessories, and precision shooting equipment across South Africa using trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy.
Standard shipping rate: R150 (flat rate nationwide)
Dispatch timeframe: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
Delivery timeframe: 2–5 working days, depending on destination and courier routes
Deliveries are made during standard business hours (Monday to Friday). Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
Important: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, regional delays, or public holidays.
International Shipping:
At present, we ship only within South Africa. International shipping options may be introduced in the future. If applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Warranty
We stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell.
If your item exhibits a verified defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us at 📧 support@strikra.co.za with:
- Your order number,
- Photographs of the defect, and
- A brief description of the issue.
This will allow us to assess your claim and facilitate repair, replacement, or manufacturer evaluation as appropriate.
Warranty coverage may differ by brand or supplier:
- Some optics and accessories include lifetime or extended warranties via their authorised distributors or manufacturers.
- Other items carry a limited warranty as specified by the brand or supplier.
Strikra™ will assist in coordinating legitimate warranty claims in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s or distributor’s policy.
Note: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
3. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below:
- Return window: Within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories included
Items not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Used, fitted, or modified items
- Products damaged through misuse or negligence
- Items restricted for health, safety, or legal reasons (e.g., ammunition, primers, hazardous materials)
Return Process:
- Email 📧 returns@strikra.co.za with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
- After inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Strikra™ will cover the return courier costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was supplied incorrectly or is defective upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
- Defective,
- Damaged in transit, or
- Incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

6. Legal and Compliance Notice
All returns, warranties, and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002).
Personal information collected for shipping or returns will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA compliance framework.
